CACE’s Citizenship program assists adults who are preparing to become United States citizens. Using books, group activities and online resources, students study United States history; learn about federal, state and local governments; and discuss current events. Students review the most commonly asked questions on the Naturalization exam with the goal of successfully passing the Citizenship test.
Instructor: Alison McLin
Classes are held on Saturdays from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at the CACE Del Mar Learning Center, room 5, and are free of charge.
Intermediate level skills in English and permanent residency for 5 years (3 years for spouses of US citizens) are required for enrollment in CACE citizenship program.
Students must register in the office: CACE 1224 Del Mar Ave., San Jose, CA 95128.
